A VETERINARY surgery is appealing for help to find the owner of a cat with a penchant for late-night shopping.
The tabby and white adult female, nicknamed Trolley, was found wandering around outside Sainsbury's at the Arnison Centre, in Pity Me, Durham City.
Concerned shoppers took it to the Dunelm Veterinary Group, where it is being looked after.
A spokeswoman for the group said: "We think she probably lives near the Arnison Centre or had climbed into her owner's car when they went shopping.
"She started following late night shoppers home and they brought her in until her owner can be found. She is well cared for and very friendly but was not wearing a collar when she was found."
