FILM crews descended on an RAF base to capture the moments leading up to a world record-breaking attempt by a parachute team.
Presenters Fearne Cotton and Jez Edwards, of the BBC's Record Breakers programme, visited RAF Leeming to see a Hercules aircraft being prepared for a daring stunt later in the day.
After the plane was declared ready, the Falcons parachute team travelled to the Yorkshire Air Museum, at Elvington, to stage a record-breaking free-fall jump from 25,000ft.
The attempt can be seen on the next series of Record Breakers, which will be aired in October.
