Sunderland midfielder Don Hutchison has agreed a £5 million move back to West Ham.
Hutchison, 30, left the Scotland training camp to undergo a medical at Upton Park last night.
He is expected to join the Hammers today after agreeing personal terms with manager Glenn Roeder, The Sun reported.
Hutchison left West Ham five years ago after falling out with former boss Harry Redknapp, who bought him from Liverpool.
Sunderland manager Peter Reid has allowed Hutchison to return to London because his wife couldn't settle in the North East.
