A DRAMA group is hoping to entertain audiences with a triad of comedies in one night next month.
Shildon's theatre and drama group, Centre Stage, is well into rehearsals for 3 x The Laughter, which will be staged at the town's Civic Centre, on September 20 and 21.
The production features three comedy plays, one of which has been entered into this year's Sedgefield Drama Festival, and will be peformed on September 24 at Sedgefield Parish Hall.
The Tearaways Youth Drama Group, made up of young actors between 12 and 14, will perform one of the plays.
Fans of the film Grease can enjoy a spoof of the musical.
The show at Shildon Civic Centre starts at 7.30pm.
