LUXURY housebuilder Charles Church is setting up its North-East base at Central Park in Newton Aycliffe.
The 5,000sq ft regional office, let by UK Land Estates, will cover Yorkshire, Durham, Teesside and Northumberland.
Charles Church has been in the premium new homes market for more than 35 years, but has only recently launched a North-East division.
It currently has development across County Durham and Teesside and has plans for further expansion.
Barry Richardson, managing director of Charles Church North-East, said: "Our new offices have provided us with an ideal base from which to expand our operations across the region."
Central Park consists of 105,000sq ft of industrial and office premises which have undergone extensive refurbishment by UK Land Estates, since its acquisition in February.
Simon Haggie, partner at Knight Frank, the joint letting agents for the development, said: "We have had a high level of interest from local occupiers looking for good quality office and warehouse space.
"The refurbishment scheme has raised the profile of Central Park and we are confident that we will sign up tenants for the remaining units in the coming months."
UK Land Estates is planning an additional 32,000sq ft of factories on vacant land at Central Park.
