Redcar and Cleveland's mayor is preparing to let her hair down for a party in aid of her chosen charities.
Councillor Vilma Collins is ready for the Mayor's Charity Night, which takes place at the Coatham Bowl, Redcar, on Saturday, December 1.
Organiser Adrian Beadnal has brought together Marske Brass Band, Jump Back Georgia, Bally Hop and Marske Fishermen's Choir for the night. A pie and peas supper will be provided and tickets will go on sale soon at a cost of £5 each.
Five hundred tickets will be available. They can be booked through the mayor's secretary, Jane Holmes, on (01642) 595740. The mayor's charities, the St John Ambulance and Teesmouth and Redcar life-boat, will benefit
