TESCO customers can add computer accessories to their grocery basket, after the supermarket firm struck a deal with Lindy.
Tesco has linked up with the firm, from Thornaby, Teesside, to provide accessories in stores nationwide.
Ian Sinclair, senior buying manager for computers and peripherals at Tesco, said: "This move reflects the strategy we operate in other sectors, of providing the widest possible range of options for our customers, at the best possible prices."
Lindy has supplied computer accessories in the UK since 1987, and is part of a pan-European group founded in Germany, in 1932.
It employs more than 30 staff at a £1.1m factory in Thornaby.
Darren Casey, managing director of the Teesside operation, said: "We're pleased to be able to supply accessories to a household name like Tesco, and feel it reflects extremely well on our values of high-quality goods and service that one of the UK's premier retail names has chosen to put its faith in Lindy.
"We continue to bring new products into our range, and are constantly in discussion with Tesco to ensure products available on supermarket shelves around the country are at the very cutting edge of computer technology."
