A NEW series of free evening arts classes starts in Saltburn at the end of the month.
The Community and Arts Association is running ten sessions on a Friday night called Insight Evenings.
Each of the ten classes has a different theme with the purpose of the course being to cover as many aspects within the field of arts as is possible in the time available.
Subjects covered will include water colour painting, music, sculpture, literature, drama, photography and archaeology.
The first class is on Friday, September 28, when Geoff Watkins, from Teesside University, will be presenting The Art of Napoleon.
Classes start at 7.15pm and are open to anyone living in the East Cleveland area. Enrolment forms are available from the arts association office on (01287) 624997. All classes are free.
