A PRIMARY school teacher has appeared in court charged with a string of indecent assaults against young girls.
Timothy Dobson, 43, of Claxton Avenue, Darlington, is charged with seven counts of indecently assaulting seven different victims, all under the age of 11.
Some of the offences are believed to be from some time ago.
Mr Dobson, who has been suspended from his post pending police investigation, was originally charged on July 4.
He most recently appeared before Darlington Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, where he was remanded on bail until the next hearing at the court, on September 25.
