A GROUP of older people have organised an art exhibition to show off their talents with watercolours.
The show has been prepared with help from the Art Studio, which has been running a painting course for beginners for residents of Albany House, in Washington, Tyne and Wear.
The pilot course is part of an Ageing Well programme, which includes other skills such as yoga, tai chi, computing, craftwork and alternative therapies.
The programme has been funded by the City of Sunderland College and Lifelong Learning Fund.
The course is being expanded and other residents in the area are invited to enrol.
Anyone interested in enrolling should contact Vivienne Gardner at Albany House, on 0191-553 5351.
