A COUPLE who have worked together for 13 years chose their workplace as the venue to celebrate their marraige.
Lisa Hutton and Steven Myers, both 29, met as catering students at Darlington College of Technology when they were 16.
After their studies, they both ended up working at the Walworth Castle Hotel.
Lisa started as a waitress and is now assistant manager. Steven began working there as a junior chef and is now head chef.
They love their place of work so much they decided it would be the ideal venue for their wedding.
Before their big day, Lisa said: "We know it is one of the best wedding reception venues in Darlington, and also by having it here it means all of our colleagues can enjoy our day too. I'm just excited, obviously I've got a few butterflies, but I know it will be perfect."
Hotel owner Chris Swain said: "We are all quite excited, because it is like a family atmosphere with them working here for so long."
