A TWO-DAY roadshow for musicians will arrive in the region next week to encourage people to develop their skills and help others taking part.
The Musicians' Union (MU), with UK community music development agency Sound Sense, will hold the event at Caedmon Hall, Gateshead, on Wednesday and Thursday, from 10am to 5pm.
Entitled Learning about Learning - for yourself and others, the event is funded by the Department for Education and Skills, together with Gateshead Council.
It is aimed at all musicians. Admission is free to members of the MU and Sound Sense, or £20 to non-members.
