Willington League
Willington Black Horse Inn are the only team left in the League with a hundred per cent record after they only dropped two points to the visiting Sunnybrow Brown Trout. The Horse had singles points from Shaun Parkinson, David Newton, Chris Brown, Nigel Fletcher and Paul Hutchinson with John Latcham putting the Trout on the score board. The only point scored by the visitors came when Micky Pickles joined landlord, Bob Wilson to take a doubles point.
There were only two maximums in the league this week. They came from Micky Pickering of the Lion and Unicorn and Neil Barker of the Brown Trout.
Hunwick Quarry Burn took advantage of the Prospect Club's home draw with the visiting Willington Club to go to the top with a one point advantage. The second placed Prospect hold a three points advantage over Willington Burn and Willington Black Horse Tavern.

Crook Coach and Horses recorded their third maximum victory when they whitewashed their hosts at Crook Jelly's Bar to move 24 points clear at the top with an unbeaten run of thirteen matches. Tow Law New Market B are in second place, ten points ahead of Tow Law Black Horse and Crook Travellers Rest, who share third place.

Crook Three Blue Bells, last season's champions, recorded their first win of the season on their visit to the current leaders, Crook White Swan and pushed their hosts down to equal third spot. Oakenshaw and Crook Royal Sun moved up to share the top spot with good away wins, whilst Crook Golden Fleece share third spot with the Swan.

St Johns Chapel sides Golden Lion B and Blue Bell B lead the way on 18 points. Bonny Moor Hen are third on 15 with Grey Bull and Mill Race sharing fourth spot on 13.
