A POPULAR young history teacher, whose body was found at her Darlington home last November, died from epilepsy, a pathologist told an inquest yesterday.
Scots-born Lynne Brannan, who worked at Teesdale School, in Barnard Castle, and lived at Outram Street, Darlington, had suffered from epilepsy for a year.
Darlington and South Durham corner Colin Penna recorded that 27-year-old Miss Brannan had died from natural causes.
She had taught at Teesdale for a year after working for a year as a supply teacher in her home town of Dunfermline.
After her death staff and pupils at Teesdale held a special assembly in her memory
