KATIE the koi carp likes nothing better than a burger.
With her price tag of £10,000 she might be expect her to prefer a dish of caviar.
Three-year-old Katie, who measures in at 30in, lords it in a 4,000-gallon indoor pond with ten other Koi.
She takes food from the mouth of her keeper Tim Moore who she keeps an eye on from a window in her pond.
Katie is the star attraction at Sakura Koi in Saltburn-by-the-Sea, Cleveland, and she is from the same blood line as the winner of the All Japan Koi Show 2001.
Managing director Tom Barker flew her in from Hiroshima. Japanese breeders cull hundreds of thousands of fry to be left with a star fish like Katie.
Tim said yesterday: "She's a flirt. She poses at her window rubbing her nose on the glass to attract my attention."
