MIDDLESBROUGH residents are being encouraged to venture out into the countryside in a new leaflet published by the town's council.
The "public rights of way strategy for Middlesbrough" aims to update the public on the progress made to meet targets.
Many initiatives to encourage people out into the countryside around Middlesbrough are outlined in the report.
The free leaflet is available from the Get-It-Centre, in Albert Road, libraries and a variety of outlets across the town, or by ringing Middlesbrough access officer Anne Gladwin, on (01642) 515611.
