PARENTS whose children aspire to higher education are invited to an open night next week.
Teesside University is holding sessions offering information on all areas of university life.
The first parents' evening is at 6.30pm on Wednesday, with further events planned next year.
Sharon Young, the university's schools and colleges liaison officer, said: "This is a great opportunity for parents to ask any questions about higher education, which has gone through some major changes in the last ten years."
Also on the agenda is the university's passport scheme, which helps smooth the transition to higher education, and a tour of the campus.
