A SELECTION of paintings by North-East and North Yorkshire artists will go on display later this month.
The exhibition will feature works by some of the region's most celebrated artists, such as John Falconer Slater and William Boyce.
The works will feature in the annual winter exhibition of Yorkshire and North-East artists held at Bennett's Antiques, in the market place, Bedale, North Yorkshire.
The exhibition will run between November 24 and December 8, and follows a similar event held at Bennett's in May.
Paul Bennett, who is organising the event, said the exhibition would give the public a chance to view and buy works by some of the finest artists from the region.
He said: "Both the May and November exhibitions have proved very popular and have demonstrated that the appetite for the work of good North-East and Yorkshire artists at sensible prices is undiminished."
Works by William Manners, Frank Henry Mason, Arthur Reginald Smith, Angus Rands, Gordon Barlow, John Wilson Hepple and Fred Lawson will also be on show.
Opening times of the exhibition will be 9am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday, and 10am to 2pm, on November 25.
Details of the exhibition, including photographs of the exhibits, can be found at www.bennetts.uk.com
