A GUISBOROUGH building site manager has won a regional award.
Eric Rowe, of McLean Homes North East Ltd, won the NHBC (National House Building Council) award for the large category in the regional round of the 2001 Pride In The Job Campaign.
The award recognises quality shown in the new Regency Gardens housing development on Church Walk.
Rod MacEachrane, commercial director of NHBC, said: "To get this far out of 17,000 UK site managers is a phenomenal achievement and a testament to the skill and dedication of the winners."
Other regional winners include: Richard Cook, from Newcastle; Stephen Edwards, from York; Kenneth Ellis, from Stockton; Scott Lester, from Cleveland; and Brian White, of Ingleby Barwick.
