RESIDENTS of Herriot Country are being offered free entry to the area's leading tourist attraction over the next two weekends.
The offer for the World of James Herriot Centre, Thirsk, is only valid on production of a council tax bill and the coupon printed in the October edition of the Hambleton District Council newsletter.
Centre manager Anne Keville said: "We are looking forward to welcoming as many residents as possible through our doors."
This winter, a major refurbishment is planned for the veterinary science rooms and the shop, which will expand once the tourist information centre moves to new premises next Easter.
The vouchers are valid today and tomorrow and on November 24 and 25. The centre is open from 10am to 5pm.
