A woman's body has been found in a suitcase dumped in a hedge on a North Yorkshire country lane, police said today.
The large suitcase was spotted by a member of the public close to the village of Bilbrough, North Yorkshire.
A police spokesman said the suitcase was discovered yesterday afternoon but had not been opened until it was delivered to a mortuary at around noon today.
