A POPULAR male voice choir is preparing for three Christmas concerts in Darlington and Richmond.
The Carol Andrew International Male Voice Choir, from Darlington, will start the mini series of shows on Wednesday.
That show, at Aske Hall, Richmond, will start at 7.30pm and raise cash for the Richmond Support Group for St Teresa's Hospice.
The following Wednesday, December 12, will see the choir perform at Darlington College of Technology at 7.30pm, with special guests Brougham Primary School choir, from Hartlepool.
The show will raise money for the Darlington Rotary Club's blind and partially-sighted computer appeal.
Tickets are on sale at Williams, in Blackwellgate, or from choir members, at a cost of £5, including a mince pie and glass of wine. They are also available by telephoning (01325) 467660 or 350664.
The final concert will be at the Georgian Theatre Royal, Richmond, on Saturday, December 15, at 7.30pm. Tickets are available at the box office.
