A TEENAGER is celebrating after winning top honours for her fencing.
Felicity Hemlin, 13, competed in the UK 16-years and under North-East region qualifiers competition in Durham, and came first.
As a result, Felicity, a pupil at Teesside High School, has qualified for the British Youth Championships for Fencing, to be held in January in the Midlands.
In the past year she was first in the 14 and under foil-fencing North-East of England championship and second in the 14 and under foil-fencing Scotland Open Championship.
