Police are currently questioning two youths in connection with the two-hour torture of an 11-year-old boy.
The Sunderland boy was bound by his wrists and burnt with a cigarette or lighter as part of his ordeal at the hands of two other children at The Green in Southwick, Sunderland, on Sunday night.
