PRIMARY school pupils became stars for a day yesterday when a cable TV programme was broadcast from their school.
Former Middlesbrough striker and Irish international, Bernie Slaven, passed on football skills to the youngsters at Bowesfield School, Stockton, as part of an hour long show being shown on the Boro TV Extra channel.
Presenter Clem spent the whole day at the school, along with Middlesbrough FC mascot, Roary the Lion.
Pupils were invited take part in a lunchtime sketch, join a question and answer session and give their views on how the team are doing this season.
The programme, The Roary Roadshow, is an integral part of Boro TV Extra. Yesterday's show will be broadcast next Tuesday at 7.15pm
