FIREfighters who raised money for the families of the New York crews killed in the World Trade Centre attacks by taking their clothes off, have raked in more cash - this time by dressing up.
The men, who performed a full Monty and starred in a saucy calendar, paraded on a catwalk in their firefighting gear before changing into tuxedos and designer clothes.
Staff at Debenhams, Middlesbrough, organisers of the fashion show, presented Cleveland Fire Brigade with a cheque for £650 yesterday to go to American crews' dependants.
Divisional Officer Alan Gill said: "One of the positive things to come out of this was the number of people who came up to the firefighters and told them what a good job they did and how much the service is valued."
