A PROGRAMME of winter guided walks around Darlington has been put together by volunteers.
The walks, organised by Darlington Borough Council's countryside section, will give people the chance to take different views of the town.
Titles of the walks, taking place from now until February, include Corporation Constitutional, Abbey Amble and Darlington Dander. All the walks are circular and most are under three miles.
Leaflets giving details and dates are available from the town hall, library or the tourist information centre.
All walks cost £2, and £1 for children or concessions. Booking is not essential.
Another programme of walks, for March to May, will be published next year.
