A NORTH-EAST teenager's Christmas card designs are to be sold throughout the UK for charity.
Amy Pattison, 14, of Stockton, Teesside, designed a Christmas card with a camel design as part of a WH Smith competition involving hundreds of children.
Her prize included a goody bag from WH Smith and a visit to the Bradford headquarters of Hallmark Cards to see her card printed. She will now see her cards on sale throughout the UK, with her name printed on the back.
Mike Pauley, of Hallmark Cards, said: "We all agreed that Ashley's design was one of the strongest, and we are delighted that the card she has now created is now available throughout the country."
Funds from the sale of the card will go to the Royal National Institute for the Deaf.
