PLANS for the next stage of a big housing development in Newton Aycliffe are likely to be approved on Friday.
Yuill Homes has applied for permission to build 93 houses on land at Cobblers Hall.
The plan is for two and three-bedroom semi-detached and three and four-bedroom detached homes.
There have been no objections to the proposal.
The plan will be discussed at a meeting of Sedgefield Borough Council's development control committee on Friday.
