SCHOOLCHILDREN in East Cleveland are being offered the chance to sample college life. Pupils from Saltburn's Huntcliffe School were among the first to sample taster sessions at Redcar and Cleveland college.
The workshops, which include learning digital imaging and Photoshop on PCs, aim to introduce secondary school pupils to the concept of college.
The taster sessions are being offered over a period of five weeks, and it is hoped they will encourage GSCE pupils and younger to consider carrying on to further education
