CUSTOMER contact centre Spark Response is to create another 30 jobs, thanks to continued expansion.
If the right people apply, they could be in a job by as early as next week.
Spark, which announced plans to create 70 jobs in Sunderland in November, needs the extra staff to handle telesales calls to both business and residential customers.
Spark managing director Geoff Thompson said: "Things are moving extremely fast at Spark, and our staff requirements are growing just as quickly.
"We're now urgently looking for a further 30 bright, lively people with strong communication skills who can both contribute to and benefit from our continuing success - and if the right people come forward this week, they can be in place by next Monday."
He added: "Modern contact centres like Spark now provide an excellent environment in which the right calibre of people can build themselves a rewarding career, and we hope our new starters will be able to take advantage of all the opportunities we offer."
