THREE quick first-half goals put Hartlepool on the way to a comfortable 4-1 win over Torquay at Victoria Park on Saturday.
Adam Boyd bagged goals in the 13th and 14th minutes to put Pool on their way and Graeme Lee headed in number three on 20 minutes to ease Chris Turner's side through.
Substitute Jermaine Easter nodded in his first goal for the club in the second half, minutes after replacing Boyd, before Chris Brandon headed in from close range for the visitors consolation.
The win means Pool have scored 12 goals in their last three home games and have now lost just twice in 14 League outings.
