POLICE are appealing for the owners of a haul of crockery to reclaim their belongings.
Since last August, Peterlee police office has stored several batches of cups, saucers figurines and other crockery recovered from burglaries. Now officers are anxious for the owners to reclaim it.
Detective Constable John Heron said: "There have been collectors pieces and some are Royal Doulton, Royal Albert and other famous names."
Anyone who thinks the crockery may belong to them is asked to contact Peterlee police station, on 0191-586 2621
