POLICE are appealing to a woman who saw a man damage Age Concern offices, in Darlington.
The woman went to a fish and chip shop, in Cockerton Green, on Wednesday at about 6.15pm and asked the owner to contact the police.
She said she had just seen a man break the windows of the Age Concern offices, in Woodland Road.
The woman then left the fish shop without leaving her name.
A man has been arrested and released on police bail in connection with the incident, but the police are keen to speak to the woman.
