THE Tees District Benefits Agency has won the Charter Mark award for its customer service for the second time.
The agency delivers benefit from five branch offices and 12 job centres.
The Charter Mark is the Government's award scheme to encourage and reward improvement in public services.
Organisations are judged on such aspects as service, access, choice, fair treatment and the complaints system.
Linda Aspery, district manager, said: "People working in the district take particular pride in their aim of providing the very best service to all of our customers."
