BUDDING musicians at St Edward's RC Primary School, in Middlesbrough, have been invited to make as much noise as possible.
The year one pupils have been enjoying percussion lessons with Tees Valley Music Service and trying their hand at a variety of musical instruments.
Headteacher Peter Ormerod said the sessions had been a big hit with the children.
"The response from the teachers and pupils was very positive," he said.
Many of the teachers here are not musicians, so I think it gives the children a nice opportunity to be taught by specialists who really know what they are doing."
