AN annual getting-started-in- business exhibition is being held in Darlington today.
The event will showcase products and services available to people interested in starting a business.
More than 20 exhibitors have signed up to the event, which will offer advice to budding entrepreneurs.
Councillor John Williams, leader of Darlington Borough Council, is spearheading the initiative in association with UK Steel Enterprise and Business Link.
He said: "The Getting Started exhibition is an event that brings all support agencies together, offering you the opportunity to talk to the experts.
"Darlington Borough Council is delighted to be involved in the Getting Started exhibition and hopes it is successful in the creation of new businesses in the town."
The event takes place at Carmel Technology College from 10am to 3pm
