AMATEUR photographers are invited to enter a competition run by Billingham Beck Valley Country Park.
The park will run the competition on March 24 and is looking for entries that say something about the local environment and wildlife.
Countryside warden David Askey said: "You don't need to be an expert photographer to enter the competition and you can submit as many pictures as you like. We want as many photographs as possible of what people think of as the local environment."
The categories for the competition are: the local environment, wildlife and under 16s.
The prizes include a compact camera, binoculars, camera films and local history books. The winning entries will be printed in Stockton Borough Council's Great Outdoors countryside magazine.
Entries can be submitted as either prints or slides and will be displayed in the park's visitor centre from 2pm on March 24.
Individual entries must be submitted with an entry form, which are available from the visitor centre or by calling (01642) 397609.
