CHARTERED surveyors Sanderson Townend and Gilbert has let the last remaining unit at its Vantage Point office development.
Enterprise 5, which provides rented accommodation for companies across the region, has taken a 10,000sq ft unit at the Balliol Business Park development on North Tyneside.
Vantage Point is already home to NHS Direct and telecommunications company Sitel (UK) Ltd.
Enterprise 5 is moving from its existing premises in North Shields to the new offices because it requires additional office space.
Keith Lorraine, chief executive, said: "After 25 years in North Shields we have outgrown our existing premises.
"Vantage Point meets our current and future space requirements and provides an excellent central location for office-based staff and field operatives."
Robert Patterson, commercial agency partner at Sanderson Townend and Gilbert, said: "The final letting at Vantage Point confirms that there is still strong demand for good quality out-of-town office space on North Tyneside.
"It will undoubtedly act as a spur for new growth and development in 2002 on both the Balliol Business Park and other locations."
