MEMORIES of of the Wesleyan Methodist Church, in Newgate Street, Bishop Auckland, are wanted to create a potted history before it reopens as a resource centre.
A book is to be placed in Bishop Auckland Town Hall library for former members of the church to record memories and anecdotes.
Material from the book will be used in a commemorative booklet that will be available when the Four Clocks Project is launched in the building in May.
All the staff have now been appointed for the £1.2m Four Clocks project, which will include a coffee bar, a creche, and meeting and conference facilities for local groups and advice agencies.
