A SCHOOL'S football team is looking the business thanks to the North Eastern Co-op.
The trading organisation gave Blue Coat Church of England Aided Junior School, in Durham, £200 to buy a new blue strip for its players.
The school, in the Newton Hall area of the city, has a seven-a-side team that plays friendly matches but has yet to join a league.
"The players look really nice in the new kit,'' said a spokeswoman for the school.
The money was given by the North Eastern Co-op's Mid Durham branch in the form of a community grant.
It was raised through the community dividend scheme in which dividend card holders donate cash for charity.
