FIREFIGHTERS and care group workers will be giving advice on how to stop smoking next week.
Representatives from Darlington Primary Care Group and Darlington Fire and Rescue Brigade will be at the Cornmill Shopping Centre next Wednesday, which is national No Smoking Day.
To support the event, the shopping centre will ban smoking in the precinct on the same day. If successful, the Cornmill is considering turning the centre into a permanent smoke-free zone. The centre is inviting the opinions of shoppers on the move.
