THE five-year-old Moss-Carbert quads will be acting like kings for the day when they take part in a sponsored golden jubilee walk.
Simon, Adam, Hannah and Jonpaul, will step out in their regal attire today to raise funds for two charities, the Yorkshire Multiples Group (YMG) and Childline.
Their mother, Theresa, of Finchale Crescent, Darlington, said: "It's the quads' chance to give something back. The Yorkshire Multiples Group has offered a lot of support and advice to us, and it has also given the quads the chance to meet other multiple birth children."
As of yesterday, the family had raised £100 in sponsorship - but they hope to improve on that figure.
The fancy dress event, with the quads wearing king outfits, is taking place in Castlefield, in West Yorkshire, and has been organised by the YMG to help mark the Queen's Golden Jubilee celebration.
Anyone wishing to support the quads' effort can contact Mrs Moss-Carbert on 07762 374654.
