PR ROLE: Vi Todd, of Billy Row, Crook, has taken up the position of public relations and marketing officer for JAB Records, which looks after the interests of country music singer Ann Breen.
Ms Todd has done a lot of work in the past promoting Ann Breen's concerts.
Ann Breen and Ms Todd have recently been guests on Frank Wappat's Radio Newcastle show The Golden Hour.
EASTER FAIR: The Wear Valley Twinning Association is holding an Easter fair at the Park Avenue Community Centre on Saturday, March 23, from 10.30am to 12.30pm. Visitors can enjoy pie and peas, a tombola, raffles, cake stalls and more.

DARTS FINAL: Crook Cricket Club will host the Crook Ladies' Darts Knockout competition final, between The Coach and Horses and the Willington Victoria Club, tomorrow night.
