AN acclaimed ballet production is returning to a North-East venue four years after it first appeared there.
Birmingham Royal Ballet will present Kenneth MacMillan's version of Romeo and Juliet at the Sunderland Empire Theatre, from April 3 to 6.
A spokesman for the show said: "The ballet is demanding and poses a constant challenge to dancers, and Prokofiev's score is widely regarded as one of the greats of the 20th Century."
Tickets, priced at £15 and £7.50 for under-16s, are available from the box office, on 0191-514 2517
