Newsletter volunteers call
Sedgefield Development Partnership has formed a sub-group to publish a newsletter and is seeking volunteers to help with its production.
A free training course is to be run on the second and third Thursday in April, which will be open to any other people who wish to improve their skills in producing a newsletter for their own organisation.

YOGA CLASSES: New yoga classes begin in Darlington next month. Two classes start at the Structure and Function Clinic, Duke Street, from 9.30am to 10.30am and 11.45am to 12.45pm on April 24, and one class is being held from 6pm to 7pm at the Friends' Meeting House, Skinnergate. ARMY CAREERS: Fifteen year 11 pupils from Hurworth Comprehensive School have been at Stainton Camp, near Barnard Castle, to find out about careers in the Army. The youngsters tried out initiative tests, the assault courses, paint balling, handling weapons and first aid.
SPRING FAIR: St James the Great Church, Darlington, is holding a spring fair in the church hall, on March 23, at 2pm.
CAR STOLEN: A grey Nissan Sunny, registration F515 LTY, was stolen from Cleveland Avenue, Ferryhill, between 6pm on Tuesday and 5.15am on Wednesday.
AWARDS NIGHT: Sedgefield Millennium Volunteers is holding its award and presentation evening at the Hardwick Hall Hotel, tonight, at 7pm.
FORUM GATHERING: A meeting of the Newton Aycliffe Town Centre Forum will be held in the offices of Great Aycliffe Town Council, School Aycliffe Lane, next Tuesday, at 2pm.

POETRY COURSE: The Darlington branch of the Workers' Educational Association is holding an adult course on poetry writing for beginners on April 13. For further details call (01325) 357801.
MUSIC COMPETITION: The annual Leschinski Music Prize competition will take place at Darlington's Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College, next Thursday. The event is open to the public.
EURO MEETING: A public meeting on the euro will be held at Darlington Arts Centre next Friday, at 7pm. It has been organised by the European Movement - Britain in Europe group
