A MAN was ordered by a court yesterday to stay away from his parents after being accused of threatening to kill his mother.
Harrogate magistrates granted bail to Jordan Denny until April 4, but told him his freedom was conditional on him having no contact with his parents Christine and Michael and keeping away from their home in Aismunderby Road, Ripon, where he was living at the time of the alleged incident on March 3.
Mr Denny, 22, now of Dene Park Close, Harrogate, who is accused of making a threat to kill Mrs Denny and Paula Snowden, also faces a charge of possession of an offensive weapon, a large kitchen knife.
