WALKERS at an east Cleveland beauty spot are in for a spot of history as well as exercise.
People visiting Errington Wood, at New Marske, are being told about the Upleatham Hills via an information board installed in the car park in a partnership between Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council, Saltburn, Marske and New Marske Parish Council, Tees Forest and the Countryside Agency.
The board depicts the history of the hills from the times when Bronze Age tribes buried their dead on the hillside
