FORMER Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev, rogue banker Nick Leeson, motor-racing legend Murray Walker, and former FBI chief Louis Freeh, are some of the top names attending a leading business conference this year.
Former US president Bill Clinton was top of the bill at the Yorkshire International Business Convention when it was held at the Great Yorkshire Showground, in Harrogate, for the first time last year. As many as 1,500 delegates are expected on Friday, May 31.
Meanwhile, the Yorkshire Event Centre also welcomes the BBC's Question Time programme on Thursday.
Panellists include Paymaster General Dawn Primorola, Shadow Cabinet officer MP Tim Collins, Liberal Democrat health spokesman, Evan Harris, assistant editor of The Times Maryann Seighart and astronomer Patrick Moore.
