expanding recruitment consultancy Pin Point Personnel is exporting its successful business formula north of the border.
The Newcastle company is opening premises in Aberdeen and Paisley, outside Glasgow, under the name of Pathway Scotia, as an extension to its existing network of four UK offices.
Pathway Scotia will concentrate on Pin Point's core areas of expertise in the engineering, oil, gas and public sectors, and has already picked up contracts.
As well as sourcing high quality temporary and permanent requirements, Pathway Scotia also provides on-site or remote project management services.
Operations manager Andy Brodie said: "Pin Point has an excellent reputation within the engineering and public sectors across the UK, and we're aiming to bring the same kind of high quality approach to the new Scottish offices.
"The whole Pathway team has extensive knowledge of the country's business environment, meaning that we know what services local companies need and can tailor-make them to meet these needs. We are extremely excited about the opportunities that these new offices will present, and believe Pathway will grow quickly in the coming months."
Pin Point Personnel recently announced its best-ever trading year, with turnover growing by more than 400 per cent to break through the £3m barrier.
